Modernization of existing aquaculture farm

The project proposal of the company is aimed at modernizing the existing fish farm and improving working conditions for the farm workers. The planned investment includes the purchase of equipment and the specialized mean of transport necessary to improve the competitiveness and viability of the company in relation to fish farming. After the implementation of the investment, the project proposal envisages the realization of a total of 45 000 kg / year of chilled fish for consumption of the following species: carp, white carp, white amur, european catfish and white fish, the fish species being determined in accordance with the current market demand. In order to not breach the refrigeration chain and achieve compliance with the veterinary standards and requirements, it is planned to purchase a specialized transport vehicle, which will guarantee the non-destruction of the cold chain aquaculture farm - fish factory /labeling/ - customers. In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin, the fish will be transported in refrigerated form - under ice in a proportion of fish : ice - 1: 5 Through the implementation of the project proposal, the existing 4 (four) jobs in the specific activity will be maintained, as well as an increase of 6 / six / new jobs in the activity. Implementation activities are planned that fully correspond to the admissible procedures and include the following eligible costs: - Expenses for the purchase and delivery of equipment; - Expenses for the purchase of a specialized transport vehicle; - Expenditure on project preparation; In order to increase energy efficiency, an energy audit has been carried out showing the energy savings resulting from the planned investment.
