Farm for growing African catfish in a closed recirculation system

With the realization of the project company "Fishhoff" EOOD will build a fish farm consisting of a fishing complex for breeding and cultivation of fodder material and fish for fattening (African catfish) in a closed recirculating system. The investment will be executed in an yard with address at Golets, Han Krum Str., The whole area of ​​1911.00 m2 consisting of a real part of the land with ID 15552.500.2613 on the cadastral map and the cadastral registers of the village of Golets, Lovech, Municipality of Ugarchin. With the realization of the project proposal, the company (micro enterprise) intends to respond to a large part of the selected selection criteria such as: 1. Open new 6 full-time jobs; 2. Achieve a positive net present value of the investment within the first 3 years of the project implementation; 3. Apply methods and technologies to improve the energy and resource efficiency of the enterprise, as illustrated in the attached report; 4. Make an investment to ensure a safe working environment by purchasing personal protective equipment and introducing security systems; 5. Make an investment in the reproduction-production process by providing conditions for cultivation of material in a recirculating system; 6. Focus on the cultivation of species with very good market potential, such as the African catfish; 7. Introduce farm innovation that will lead to automation of the food process and increase production efficiency.
