Construction of a farm for breeding fish in the Black sea

Construction of a farm for breeding fish in the Black sea with annual productivity of 100 tons in an area located 3300 m eastern from Krapets village. The fish farm consists of 1 submersible cage with nets and diameter of around 22 m and volume of approximately 4500 cubic meters. Positioned and anchored in its designated zone with use permit. The cage is a steel construction equipped with anchors, chains, ropes, buoys, feed silo, automated feeding system, systems for submerging and floating, automatics. It is powered by its own power sources - solar panel and RES that power the accumulators of 12V. The equipment is energy efficient and no other external power sources are needed. The production part of the cage is surrounded by nets with different mesh depending of the fish size. The nets protect the fish from external predators and at the same time prevent the fish from escaping the chamber. The cage is equipped with sensors for reporting the parameters of the sea water - temperature, oxygen levels, speed and direction of the sea current, etc. The fry is positioned in the net bag and has size of approx. 30-50 g and it is manufactured and delivered by a certified manufacturer. The silo is loaded with granulated feed with size of the granules as per the size of the fishes during the specific period of their breeding. The automated feeding system ensures the delivery of the necessary quantity of feed at the specific breeding period by pre-programming depending on the size of the fishes and the granules. The positioning and anchoring of the cage, the placement of the nets, delivery of the feed and fry, the cleaning of the nets, the transportation of the bred fishes to the market are all done via motorboat, rented for the breeding period of the fishes. All operational activities are carried out by a team of operators, some of which are divers.
