The investment intention will be assured in "Fish Farm", in the village of Koshnica, Smolian Municipality, owned by Balkan Euro Fish Ltd. The project proposal provides for the modernization of the existing plant for reproduction and intensive rainfall deposition. The investor plans to modernize the production process by investing in equipment and machinery for fishing and production processes intended for consumption.Growing technology ensures and guarantees the health of produce through day-to-day monitoring and nutrition control, growth and sorting, and periodic review by a specialist to establish the health status of fish.The aim of the investment plan is to modernize and optimize the production capacity, to realize energy savings, raw materials and materials in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment, improve the safety, hygiene, health and working conditions in Balkan Euro Fish Ltd. The modernization and optimization of production processes will ensure the viability of aquaculture production of rainbow trout. The new machines comply with the applicable European Community directives as well as all hygiene standards.
