The Aquaculture Breeding and Fish Farm, which is a Saddle Plant, contains 40 round cages of internal diameter 12 m, made of F 200 polyethylene tubing and mounted on 4 Pontoon lines. Various types of fish will be grown on the farm, suitable for the climatic zone where the Aheloy Dam is located, which will ensure diversification of the production by assortment. The company will invest in the reproductive and production process by harvesting feed material in a large number of cages and fish for consumption by species with very good market prospects, according to market research - European catfish, white fish and trout. The project will open 7 new jobs for which safe working conditions will be ensured, while retaining the existing ones. Due to the investment in species with a very good market outlook, the NPV under the project will be reached extremely quickly by the third year. At the same time, the process will benefit from an innovative technology to optimize the aquatic environment in the cages and the autonomous RES envisaged for the construction, will lead to an improvement in the energy and resource efficiency of the investment in sizes far beyond the usual practice of such holdings.
