"Reconstruction of an existing trout farm located in the Plot V - fish farms, square 2 under the regulatory plan of the village of Mala tserkva, municipality. Samokov region Sofia"

With this project proposal, Terra Food Ltd. is applying for financial support under the procedure BG14MFOP001-2.011 Productive investments in aquaculture. The project proposal is aimed at the reconstruction of an existing fish farm in RL V - fish farms, square 2 under the regulatory plan of the village of Mala tserkva, municipality Samokov region Sofia. The fishery is classified as full-scale and will aim to grow rainbow trout using innovative pool type technology - 6 steel-concrete and 1 terrestrial pools will be used to fish the fish. It is also planned to build and equip a small fishing hatchery that will be used entirely for the production of stocked material for its own use. The water supply of the farm will be provided by water abstraction from the Levy Iskar River, and for this purpose a water abstraction permit has been issued with 11160153/04.11.2019 y. by the Danube Basin Directorate. For the purpose of the project proposal implementation, the following investments are foreseen: - Construction and installation works on site: "Reconstruction of an existing fish farm and new supplementary construction up to 3.6 m in height - for an agricultural hatchery located in RL V 8, sq. 2 under the regulatory plan of the village of Mala tserkva, Samokov Municipality, Sofia District"; - Rainbow trout breeding equipment, rainbow trout pumping and sorting machines, fish hatchery and dissolved oxygen and temperature measuring apparatus; - Personal protective equipment for employees, introduction of an occupational safety system in accordance with ISO 45001. The following costs are envisaged as additional costs related to the proper preparation and implementation of the investment project: - upfront costs for the preparation of technical projects; - upfront costs for preparing a business plan; - Construction supervision.
