Construction of an aquaculture farm with recirculation system of "TRANS SPED - 10" Ltd.

The activities of the Project are for full-scale intensive rearing of freshwater aquaticulture - African catfish (from hatching to pelleting fish) to a recirculating system ensuring a constant stock of fish and commercial material for sale. They are limited to the construction of a 546 m2 Fish Farm, consisting of: a recirculating type hatchery complex with constant water supply, water heating, aeration, UV treatment, filtration, etc. In the complex will grow a catfish from fertilized caviar through larvae up to 10 grams. charger; intensive breeding of the harvesting material in 4 pcs. up to 150 g of weight and subsequent sorting in feed pools for fish of different weight groups, resulting in a stepwise increase in fish consumption. The project activities will allow: - Modernization and diversification of the production activity of the company through the cultivation of African catfish; - sustainable aquaculture and environmentally friendly production; - improving safety and working conditions; - Improving the energy efficiency of the farm; - improving the competitiveness and viability of the system; To achieve the goals we will: 1. build an Aquaculture farm with a total area of ​​546 m2; 2. build pools - 27 pcs. by categories: uterine - 3 pcs .; hatchery - 1 pc; seeded - 7 pcs. industry - 4; fattening - 12 pcs. 3. Construction of "Solar Power System" with capacity of 20 kW, with 70 pcs. panels to increase the energy efficiency of the farm; 4. Build a fence of 164 m2; 5. Purchase a technological equipment for the recirculation system. The implementation of the project will allow production capacity to grow - 60 000 kg of African catfish - a fish with good market potential and feed material - up to 150 kg per market - 10 000 kg. and for own needs - 6,300 kg. / see. item 2 of BP),
