Construction of a fish farm - a reservior with an area of 104.46 acres in the locality of "Ai Dere" and an agricultural outbuilding with a deployment of 6 pools to be used for short-term storage of caught fish in the locality of "Gelnare", Property № 58712.3.65 according to The Cadastral Map and The Cadastral Registers, Prohod village, Sredets municipality.

The project proposal of the applicant "Il-64" Ltd. includes investments in tangible assets for construction of a fish farm for freshwater fish farming and cultivation, as well as construction of a shed for inventory for the needs of the fish farm. The investment will be realized in the territory of the applicant's own property with №58712.3.65, in Prohod village, Sredets municipality, Burgas region. The fishing activity will be carried out in an artificial reservoir of the "lake" type, situated in the locality of "Ai Dere", managed by the applicant under a Concession Contract for a period of 25 years. By receiving a grant, the applicant will for the first time create a small manufacturing enterprise of sustainable aquacultures, as of now the single and manager of the company attends a licensed center at NAVET to acquire professional skills and competence in professional direction "Fisheries", III degree qualification. It is foreseen that the farm will introduce a renewable energy source, as well as innovate in the production and introduction of new technologies.
