Purchase of an automatic downstream separator and dosing machine for an algae farm

Algae Bulgaria Ltd. is a company that grows microalgae Spirulina, which are used as a nutritional supplement and superfood. The production of microalgae is characterized by the creation of products with high added value, but also with extremely favorable environmental impact. This is due to the fact that microalgae intensively process large amounts of carbon dioxide from nature and produce pure oxygen. The company wishes to modernize its main activity at an existing algae farm - "Algae Farm" in the village of Zimnitsa, by purchasing an automatic separator for fresh algae biomass and an automatic dosing / packing machine for finished products. The automatic separator will accelerate the processes of separation of mature algae, while preserving the integrity of Spirulina's fine cells. The gentle process of separating cells from the culture medium simultaneously improves the quality of the finished product, as well as improves the reproductive-production process, providing the technical opportunity to select high-quality cells for subsequent culture reproduction. An automatic dosing / packing machine will enable the company to package its products more efficiently, more reliably, cheaper, faster and in a better commercial form. These characteristics of the equipment will lead to higher competitiveness of production on the Bulgarian and foreign markets. The project aims to upgrade the investment made so far by the company, and the addition of high-efficiency and modern equipment will significantly increase the resource efficiency, competitiveness and viability of Algae Bulgaria's Ltd. algae farm.
