Implementation of a CLLD strategy by FLAG Bulgarian Black sea agreement Byala-Dolni chiflik-Avren

The project includes the process of implementation a CLLD strategy in fisheries area including the territory of tree municipalities in Varna region - Byala, Dolni chiflik and Avren. The project provides: 1. Call of proposals, processing and monitoring of projects under 4 measures: - Measure 1 Support for investment in innovation and support for fisheries and aquaculture, added value creation and diversification within the fisheries sector; - Measure 2 Support for investments in non fisheries and aquaculture activities in other sectors of the maritime economy, mainly in tourism and the development of tourist attractions with the aim of additional employment and jobs creation; - Measure 3 Support for infrastructure and activities to improve the living environment and protect the environment through the effective use of environmental assets; - Measure 4 Supporting partnerships, developing innovative ideas, promoting the region for investment and tourism, diversifying cultural and social life, lifelong learning and acquiring knowledge and skills. 2. Implementation of measure by FLAG: - Meaure 5 Supporting the creation of local capacity for fisheries and maritime resource management, acquiring skills and facilitating the implementation of the CLLD strategy in the fisheries area
