"Creation of a Marine Educational Center, renovation and equipment of the Vasil Levski - Galata 1927 Community Center, Varna"

The project proposal / PP / is related to activities aimed at improving and modernizing the cultural infrastructure on the territory of Varna Municipality - Asparuhovo Municipality, and in particular the project aims at creating a "Marine Education Center", which includes repair activities, renovation and equipment / furnishing of the Vasil Leski-Galata 1927 Community Center. The PP will assist in improving the quality of life in the municipality.The specific activities of the project are related to improving the conditions for the development of cultural, educational and creative activity in the municipality, expanding the social scope of the Chitalishte activity in the city of Varna, by providing opportunities for year-round use of the material and technical base, performing construction and repair works. activities on the facade of the community center and renovation of stage furniture and equipment. The PP will also contribute to raising the educational and information status of the population through the development of new activities in the Chitalishte building, the transformation of the Vasil Levski-Galata 1927 Community Center into a Marine Information Center and a sustainable local institution meeting the needs of the community. With the implementation of the Vassil Levski-Galata 1927 project, it will become a dynamic and contemporary center of the local community, which will preserve the cultural identity of the municipality. With the implementation of the PP, a complete change of the Chitalishte is expected as a traditional cultural institution.The implementation of the PP will achieve the following results: - Completely renovated building of "Vasil Levski - Galata 1927"; - Renovated theater hall of the Vassil Levski - Galata 1927 National Theater; - Access for disabled people; - Provided modern equipment for the cultural and information activities of the Vassil Levski-Galata 1927 Community Center; -Modern Marine Education Center has been created.
