Construction of small tourist infrastructure - gazebos, picnic areas and parking for cars, campers and caravans near Dospat Dam, in property with identifier 23025.195.40, Dospat, Dospat municipality, region of Smolyan

The project envisages the construction of small-scale tourist infrastructure - gazebos, picnic areas and parking for cars, campers and caravans near Dospat Dam. The project envisages the construction of: - octagonal gazebo for relaxation; - double covered bench with table for relaxation; - waste bin; - free-standing outdoor barbecue fireplace; - visitor parking for 4pcs. cars serving a designated picnic area; - 1,2 m wide lane, connecting the parking lot for visitors to the sites. The project aims to increase the attractiveness of the environment, related to the provision of tourist services and such, for the benefit of the fishing communities in RT. The implementation of construction works is included, as well as author's and construction supervision of the project. Compulsory publicity and visualization costs are also planned, as well as preliminary costs incurred for the preparation of the technical design and the preparation of the project. The project aims to increase the attractiveness of the environment, related to the provision of tourist services and such, for the benefit of the fishing communities in RT.
