Purchase of vehicle and refrigeration equipment for the purposes of a social enterprise at KASITE EOOD for the production of bread and bakery products.

The current project envisages investments in an activity alternative to the FISHERIES sector - purchase of a specialized motor vehicle, delivery and installation of a thermal insulation and refrigeration system for a social enterprise for the production of bread and bakery products at KASITE EOOD. This investment will allow the creation of two new jobs: - 1 Supplier - Code 4321 - 2015 - 1 Master of bread production Code 7512 - 2003 The persons appointed to the above positions will be domiciled on the territory of the FLAG Biała Dolni Chiflik-Avren. The supplier will be responsible for the transportation and delivery of the ready made product from the applicant's production base to the potential customers on the territory of FLAG Byala-Dolni Chiflik-Avren and also responsible for the management of the vehicle. The breadmaker will be responsible for the production and storage of the production at the applicant's production facility. He will be responsible for compliance with raw materials standards, work technology, sanitary and hygiene requirements for the production and storage of bread and bakery products, and occupational safety. The support from the FLAG Byala-Dolni chiflik-Avren will allow the release of resources in the enterprise for the development of recipes suitable for use in fish restaurants, fast food restaurants offering fish products on their menu and testing of already created innovative recipes - a croissan with fish forcemeat. The implementation of the project will take 6 months. All information and publicity conditions will be complied regarding the financial support of FLAG of Byala-Dolni chiflik-Avren for the investment project of KASITE EOOD.
