Creation of a Workshop for The Production of Ice for The Fishing Industry

This project proposal represents the investment intentions of HOLIDAY BIO Ltd. to develop its main commercial activity, namely the production of flake ice for use in the fishing industry - for the storage of raw fish and for cooling during transportation and sale. This product is widely used as a support product for deep-sea fishing and trade. The business plan represents a financially and economically sound investment in the creation of a production workshop. The main objective of this investment is to establish a sustainable and innovative production that will ensure the creation of long-term jobs. The main project implementation activities include the construction of a production facility, the supply of furniture and equipment to ensure production, as well as the preparation of a market study and a plan for market realization of the production. The total built-up area of the workshop is planned to be 80 square meters, and the value of the investment costs (excluding the costs of services) is estimated at BGN 175969.44. Once the investment is completed, the company will launch an entirely new business to meet the growing demand. In addition, conditions will be created for the recruitment of additional staff. As a result of the project implementation, a sustainable increase of employment in rural areas is expected, as well as improvement of the quality and quantity of the services provided by the company, diversification of the local economy into sectors related to fisheries and fishing industry, as well as reduction of the harmful impact on the environment.
