The project "New methods for good commercial practices in the supply of food products" is a project developed in the direction of diversification of the beneficiary, providing him with new forms of income. The project proposal is based on the purchase of an equipped mobile site, consisting of two modules made of thermal panels, fully equipped with the necessary equipment for cooking activities and offers different types of food products, such as fish and aquaculture, french fries, salads and drinks of fresh fruits and vegetables, sandwiches, pancakes, ice cream and confectionery, beer and soft drinks. The beneficiary intends to set up a place to prepare fish, both from its own catch and to assist other fishermen in the region by purchasing their catch to invest in the final product offered to the customer. The use and preparation of fresh and frozen fish and aquaculture by the existing trade organizations in the region is envisaged. The beneficiary has entered into contractual relations with local producers of fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy products, etc., intending to implement them in the preparation of the final food products, thus supporting trade relations in various sectors of the food industry. The project envisages the opportunity to create a new job by keeping the existing four jobs in the organization.
