Renovation of the "Prosveta-1947" community center building in Miryanci village, Pazardzhik municipality

Project proposal (PP) "Renovation of the "Prosveta-1947" community center building in Miryanci village, Pazardzhik municipality" aims to increase the attractiveness of the living environment in the village of Miryantsi, along the Maritsa River, by creating quality and harmonious environment for the benefit of the fishing communities in the FC and for visitors.The PP envisages investments for improving the living environment in the fishing area: renovation of the cultural infrastructure-community center.The building will be renovated internally, including the bathrooms and access for disadvantaged people.The building is located on the central square.The village has no other cultural institutions and indoor gathering places.The village has a population of 624.Immediately around it are "Besaparski rideove" and "Reka Maritsa"- protected areas of the ecological network of the European Union Natura 2000, which creates potential for tourism development which is necessary to implement the investments aimed at improving the living environment.The investment envisaged under this PP is a contribution to the efforts of the local community to realize the potential of the territory.In this way the PP will contribute to the achievement of Priority 2 of CLLD and in particular to the achievement of Specific Objective 2.3. The effect of the planned interventions affects the population of the village (including marginalized groups), as well as guests and visitors in terms of quality of life, aesthetic and ecological qualities of the living environment and the attractiveness of the settlement, which will be expressed in achieving development in accordance with the needs of the present, improved building stock of the cultural infrastructure, increased quality of the closed spaces for socialization, cultural events, meetings, circles, performances and rehearsals of amateur ensembles, creation of an attractive and safe place for social contacts and entertainment, built accessibility.
