This project envisages investments in the provision of innovative tourist services related to fishing and outdoor ecotourism in the Fisheries Area (RO) and the promotion of folklore, local traditions and crafts as a means of preserving the attractiveness of the territory and developing cultural heritage. tourism. By diversifying the traditional livelihood towards the development of alternative economic activities, in particular tourism, as well as by creating conditions for active social and cultural life, the project will contribute to the transformation of RO into a highly developed tourist center with preserved cultural, historical and natural sights and with a wide range of attractive tourist services. The implementation of the project provides equal opportunities for development of the different social groups in the local community through their equal inclusion in the social and cultural life. By developing an Internet-based site for tourist sites in the fishing area we will develop and promote tourism, historical monuments and folk customs of the area. Through an in-depth sociological study we will create a profile of the tourist and collect a database of information about the features and characteristics of each of the 32 settlements in the fishing community. As a final moment of the overall concept, we will create and print a brochure with the information on the site, which will be provided to the local community for its promotion. Flyers for promoting the site distributed in key places in the municipality. In parallel, all digital channels will be used to reach and present information to the widest possible users.
