Green light for community sharing

In small settlements there are strong family relationships. In today's global world, intergenerational interactions are often disrupted due to various social circumstances. Today's society also needs a more aware generation that has an increasingly responsible attitude towards the use of the resources of our planet and in particular nature. This project focuses on local communities and fostering a sense of belonging and maintaining cultural ties through intergenerational interaction. At the same time, we place an important emphasis on attitudes and perceptions for a more sustainable future and the formation of eco-consciousness through a series of large-scale initiatives subordinated to learning processes through alternative approaches, relying on the synthesis of art and science for age 6-12 years. The project "Green light for community sharing" will create preconditions for revitalization of the settlements in the fishing community, which will include children from grades 1-4, their parents, grandparents, their teachers, in the main activities Food - a bridge between generations ; Educational play about nature; Children's Science Fair. Parents will be users and participants, thus showing their attitude to developing their children's global thinking, and that we are all responsible for the future of the planet and for the environment in which we live. The result we strive for is that the participants on the one hand will develop a modern type of thinking and behavior - adequate to the changes in climatic conditions and lifestyle; build their civic position on the protection of the natural and cultural heritage of the fishing community; will realize their personal responsibility and importance for improving the quality of life in their community by preserving the natural and cultural heritage.
