Development of fishing and cultural tourism in the RR of FLAG - Pazardzhik

The project proposal represents the aspiration of Vi Art Foundation to create a new sustainable tourist product in the RR by developing a tourist marketing strategy of the destination, tourist attractions, festival events and advertising campaign. The needs and potential of the FLAG - Pazardzhik region are part of the priority development sectors set out in the VOMR strategy. At the moment, the available potential and opportunities of the territory are not used, so we relied on the strengths of fishing and cultural tourism to solve the problems in this area. And they are related to lack of sufficient funds, lack of competencies for marketing and advertising on the territory, lack of competencies among tourism service providers and insufficient use of the network for advertising destinations, insufficient investment in regional tourism development. To solve these problems, Vi Art Foundation offers a set of measures to stimulate and develop tourism in the region. Through developed and implemented marketing and advertising strategies and the creation of a new tourist product and attractions, the aim is to achieve the development of sustainable fishing and cultural tourism in the RR of FLAG - Pazardzhik.
