"Construction of an information and administrative center of Beloslav Ferry Complex for transport of cars and people through the canal between Beloslav and Varna lakes"

The project solves the issues of improving the public area and the construction of an information and administrative center of the Ferry Complex "Beloslav" in the town of Beloslav, Beloslav municipality. The described objectives of the project are directly in line with the main objective of Measure 2.1.1 "Improving access to fishing infrastructure and increasing blue potential", namely to promote social welfare and economic development in the FLAG. Through its implementation, it will contribute to the development of the fishing area by improving the living environment, using, protecting and restoring natural and demographic potential, as well as to the improvement and development of technical infrastructure, for activities related to the integrated use of marine resources. - blue growth, increasing EE, protecting the environment and improving the quality of landed products, as well as safe working conditions. It is planned to build an information and administrative center of FC "Beloslav" in the town of Beloslav, in order to provide administrative and information-service activities related to the representatives of small-scale fishing. With its unique location on both shores of the navigable canal № 2 and Lake Beloslav, Beloslav is the only municipality in Bulgaria in which the internal connection between the different parts of the city and the municipality is carried out by ferry. This is the only possible direct transport connection that connects the two shores of Lake Beloslav and provides movement of people and cars between the neighborhood north of the canal and the rest of the municipal center. Therefore, the transport line is extremely important for the whole municipality, with key socio-economic functions for the development of the FLAG territory. The connection is also important economically as it shortens the distance and travel time without having to travel 35 kilometers through the neighboring cities - Varna, Aksakovo and Devnya.
