The present project proposal is for "Reconstruction of existing garages, warehouses in studios for applied and fine arts, Regulated Area XI, District 46- Area 57491.503.90 Pomorie, Pomorie Municipality". The site is located 15 meters from Kraybrezhna Street in the town of Pomorie and will be visited mainly during the summer tourist season, and it is possible to use it during the winter season, but for short periods. The main goal of the project is to adapt the existing site in the studios for applied and fine arts, which will combine the functions of exhibition areas and craft workshops, the theme of which is "Fisheries as a culture and way of life of fishermen." The project envisages construction and installation works for complete reconstruction of the existing sites - warehouses, garages and their transformation into studios for applied and fine arts, as well as landscaping and landscaping of the yard. The buildings will be reconstructed by building the respective functional areas: three studios for applied and fine arts, a hall for applied arts (exhibition and studio for visiting and seminars of clients) and sanitary facilities with inventory. The following engineering installations are also provided for them: plumbing installations, air conditioning, electrical and drainage (if necessary, drainage) installation. In order to achieve the relevant functional areas and with the help of modern architectural interventions, an unobtrusive, hospitable look will be achieved. Through the grant, which will implement the specific project proposal will also help to improve the overall appearance of the city and its attractiveness, which is extremely important, given that tourism is a structural sector for the economy in the territory of FLAG "Pomorie".
