"Improvement of the access to the fishing village "Quarantine"and construction of an educational information center and sports area"

The project is focused on improving the accessibility to the fishing village "The Quarantine" and construction of an education and information center and sports area". The project proposal aims to create sustainable functional and aesthetic urban environment. The project activities include building of an education and information center, park paths renovation, lighting installation and landscaping. Park “Asparuhovo“ is emblematic for city of Varna and the project proposal refers to turn it into modern, contemporary and multifunctional park with recreation and sport area. Project activities are: • Designing of contemporary park and recreation area with the corresponding park furniture; • Functional zoning, landscaping and asphalt pavement installing; • Providing safe conditions for recreation in the area; • Improving the quality of life in the area; • Improving the accessibility to the fishing infrastructure and the blue potential growing; • Designing of an education and information center for interactive children education in the field of fishing and sea activities. • Parking design, improving and landscaping of the area; The project supports the quality life improvement in Varna municipality. Project activities are related to infrastructure improvement and increasing the territory attractiveness. Actions will lead to culture and sea heritage promotion in fishing and aquaculture areas and in the whole “Local initiative fishing group Varna-Beloslav-Aksakovo” territory.
