Interactive promotion of tourist and natural resources in the municipality of Nessebar

There are many ways and tools to promote the natural, cultural and tourist resources of a territory, but among the most effective and successful models is "attracting attention to the territory" and emphasizing it specifics and charm. The project plans to implement several interrelated activities that in an interactive and innovative way to attract the attention of tour operators and individual tourists by emphasizing the specifics of the municipality of Nessebar as a traditional fishing area with preserved nature, culture and fishing villages. Some of the activities will be implemented in the villages of Nessebar municipality, which are far from the beach, so that with their specifics to find a place in tourist packages and guides and to achieve a more balanced development of the territory. For this purpose a trip will be organized for tour operators in the municipality of Nessebar during which they will see specific places, crafts, traditions and customs that are little popular and so far are not (or are weak) market position in tourism trips and packages. As a result of the trip for tour operators will be developed 4 new tourist packages with an emphasis on poorly popular resources and sites in the municipality of Nessebar, fishing villages and others. The Municipality of Nessebar within a short summer season welcomes a large concentration of tourists on a relatively small part of its territory which leaves a serious carbon footprint on the environment. In this regard the project envisages the creation of a small booklet with recommended behaviors for tourists when staying in the FLAG, publishing of posters with an ecological message to tourists and information meetings in several villages with topic "Locals set the ecological behavior of tourists." A small booklet with historical facts and photos about traditional fishing as a livelihood in the territory of Nessebar will be published as part of its specifics.
