"Building a processing plant for fish in Montana, Montana municipality"

The subject of the investment project is the construction of a fish processing plant in land plot 48489.2.638 in the town of Montana. The lot is located next to the fish farm FISH INVEST OOD, consisting of 6 hatcheries with total area of 186 dka and a trout fishery of concrete type with area of 1 dka. The plant will be located on an area of 865 square meters and will include production, storage and utility rooms. The technological project covers all stages of the production process: supply of raw and auxiliary materials, their storage, treatment and processing of fish raw materials, packaging of finished products, repackaging and cold storage of finished fish products, realization, collection, storage and transmission of animal by-products. The premises and the technical equipment are located so that the manufacturing route is in accordance with the legal requirements under Regulation (EC) No 852, 853/2004; Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 and BG14MFOP001-5-004 “Processing of fisheries and aquaculture products.” The activities under this project include the construction and installation works for the building of the plant and delivery of machinery and technological equipment for the normal operations of the production process. The fish to be processed is planned to be 100% own production. With the realization of this project FISH INVEST OOD plans to implement ISO 14001 standard, which specifies the requirements for environmental management system. At the same time the company plans to implement the OHSAS 18001 standard which defines the requirements for occupational health and safety management system. The design of the plant, in the “Assessment of Energy Efficiency” part, includes description of the measures for saving energy by using energy-efficient lighting, energy-efficient machinery and sandwich panels in the construction.
