RECONSTRUCTION OF DRY STORAGE IN THE ENTERPRISE WITH REFRIGIRATING CHAMBERS FOR PHYSICAL PROCESSING, COOLING AND FREEZING, PACKING AND STORAGE OF FISH AND MOLLUSCS.

Burgas AD 2013, by a succession of BIOSET Ltd., stated as factual and registration documents in applications has over 10 registration in the Food Safety Agency. Main activity of the current site is physical processing (chilling and freezing), packing and storage of fully own catch of fish and mollusks with capacity of 97 tons per year: 23 tons of fish (8 tons of scads, 7 tons of baby bluefish and 8 tons of bluefish), 74 tons of black mussels. Activities are to be carried out at the site year-round. After physical processing, comprising of: cleaning and filleting of incoming raw material, chilling and freezing of filleted product is following. The finished products are going to be packed and stored in refrigerating camera for frost and storage. The project envisages the purchase of 10 pieces of refrigerating cameras which are equipped with automation in order to guarantee normal operation of individual components of the refrigeration plant. Provided workplaces for reception, sorting, cleaning and icing of incoming to the site fish, fishery products and mollusks or their freezing and storage of packaging, are a guarantee for safe physical processing of incoming raw materials. The implementation of the project proposal will lead to the achievement of the following criteria: - Application of methods that reduce the negative environmental impact by implementing a system for environmental management through ISO standard and separated collection of 100% of the waste product. - Improving safety, hygiene, health and working conditions of employees with an investment of more than 1% of the total investment amount through the purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing; acquisition of standards for safe working conditions; training of employees on specific health risks associated with the specific workplace and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention; safe handling with newly introduced working equipment and technologies.
