Modernization of existing plant for fish processing

The project proposal of the company aims to expand the range of processed products and for their treatment will utilise own aquaculture. The planned investment is aimed at the modernization of the existing plant in the town of Sliven and includes activities in purchasing, supply and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, purchase of vehicle, introduction of systems for safety and protection of the environment and water, by means of which shall be achieved compliance internationally recognized standards - BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, including treatment and waste product. The project proposal contains the principles of horizontal policies of the EU, which will help achieve: - Sustainable development - environmental protection, increased resource efficiency, and mitigating the effects of climate change; - Equality and non-discrimination - promoting equal opportunities between men and women as well as between representatives of different minority groups; The applicant fully complies with the eligible target group for this procedure because it is the owner of the existing plant for processing of fishery and aquaculture products. The activities planned for implementation all correspond to the ones eligible for the procedure and include the following eligible costs: - Cost of purchasing, delivery and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, - Expenses for the purchase of specialized means of transport; - Costs of achieving compliance with internationally recognized standardized BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, including treatment and waste products; - Cost of project preparation; The expected results are: - New machinery and equipment, facilities, etc. purchased and put into operation; - Achieved compliance with internationally recognized standards - BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, including treatment and waste products;
