Technological innovation of workshop with cold storage for processing fish

This project proposal concerns the technological renovation of existing fish processing plant with a certificate of commissioning and registration certificate. The plant processed mainly salmon and in rare cases small amounts of other fish. Currently, the production capacity of the facility for the processing of fish is a little over 300 tons/year. Following implementation of the proposed technological innovations will increase production capacity and reduce technological losses. The production will be with an enhanced commercial form - without tearing fillets and packed in high quality packaging. The project will increase the energy efficiency of production. This investment plan includes: Delivery, installation and training to work on an assembly line for fish fillets, consisting of: Buffer power machine for filleting, machine for filleting, conveyor for feeding the machine for fish fillets with circumcised belly; Delivery, installation and training for work online for the removal of non-portioning parts of the fishery product (head and tail), including: automatic cutter retail packaging, scales, output conveyor, system to remove the head and tail and weight control, a rotary plate with two workstations, conveyor for finished products, conveyor for delivery to the packaging machine and cutter portioning of fillets of salmon or whitefish with or without skin and bones; Delivery, commissioning and training to work with two-chamber packaging machine; Delivery, commissioning and training on automatic packaging machine; Implementation and certification of the facility with the system of environmental management ISO 14001:2015 and Management System Health and Safety OHSAS 18001:2015.Purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing.Production activity provides for the recovery of 100% of the material as waste products from processed fish will be frozen and packaged and sold as animal feed. The capacity of the plant will be processed 412 tons of fish per year.
