Fuller utilization of the fabricated in Oloplast Ltd. production and improvement of working conditions in the company

The project is developed to achieve the following objectives:1)Improve working conditions in the undertaking, through an investment in individual protection measures 2)Fuller utilization of the fabricated in Oloplast Ltd production, through purchase of specialized transport vehicle 3)Modernization of the enterprise, by including in its motor vehicle fleet of a new economical specialized small capacity car with low exhaust emissions. The project includes the following activities: purchase of specialized small capacity car, equipped with a refrigeration unit and the provision of individual protection measures for workers engaged in the processing and distribution of refrigerated rainbow trout. The implementation of activities aimed at achieving objectives set, as their implementation will contribute to the achievement of the indicators in the project. The selection of providers will take place according to the requirements of ZUSESIF and DECREE 160/ /2016. The purchase of a new specialized vehicle will create the conditions for a fuller utilization of the Oloplast LTD production through quick realization of the the fishery products on the commercial exchanges and networks magazine outside the region The inclusion of new economical and consistent with European standards specialized commercial vehicle with emissions below 130 g / km in a car fleet of now will contribute to protecting environment and increasing resource efficiency Oloplast Ltg.As a result of the implementation of the project the working conditions in the enterprise will improve and will increase the motivation of workers, which will have a positive effect on productivity. The project has been drawn up in accordance with the principles of horizontal policies of the EU. Appointment of new workers into the undertaking will be carried out in accordance with the principles of equality and non-discrimination and promotion of equal opportunities for all regardless of their sex, ethnicity or type of disability
