Establishment of "Fish Processing Plant" in UPI II-2, Quarter 1, Garata Locality, Belitsa, Belitsa Municipality, Blagoevgrad Region

VELINFISH Ltd. has its own aquaculture farm, which grows trout. The aim of this project is to organize a processing plant for 150 tons of trout produced per year in its own fisheries, up to 3 tons of uterine catfish and 150 tons of trout from other fisheries. The production capacity of the enterprise can reach the trout, cleaned from inlets and fins with a frozen head - from 280 tons of raw material - 224 tons of finished product; Hot smoked trout with head, without giblets and fins of 15 t raw material - 11 t finished product; Cold smoked trout with head, no guts and fins of 8 tons of raw material - 6 tons of finished product. The fish processing workshop will be located in the existing massive one-storey building in UPI II-2, Quarter 1, Garata locality, Belitsa town, Belitsa Municipality with an area of ​​332 sq. M. The reconstruction of the building consists of separation of rooms with light partition walls with dry construction - panels and knauf, installation of installations and sanitation of the site. The company will be serviced by 5 workers for which to organize separate sanitary-household nodes on the principle of a sanitary filter with a sanitary pass and a rest room. The total cost of the project is BGN 1 095 229,49 excluding VAT, and BGN 12 520 is envisaged to improve safety, hygiene, health and working conditions, which represents more than 1% of the investment in the project.
