Modernization, introduction of new processes, new products and expansion of production capacity of existing fish processing factory “Sever–Export” city of Varna

"Sever - Export" Ltd is a company founded in 1995 with main activities of fishery and fish processing. During the years of its existence, the company built with its own resources a highly efficient fish processing plant in Varna and acquired 7 fishing vessels, whose catches are currently landed at their own port. The implementation of this project is aimed at satisfying the needs of the applicant and the target groups of clients - retailers / wholesalers and HORECA sector, about introducing new and improved processes and products in the enterprise. A major part of the raw materials (45.28%) subject to future processing will be with source from own catches. The applicant envisage to build a new production building with a total built-up area of ​​890 m² in its own property located next to the existing plant and in addition will buy new high-performance equipment. The construction of the new building and the modernization of the existing part will focus on the implementation of technological solutions based on methods that reduce the negative impact on the environment. At the enterprise, separate waste collection, collection and storage of 100% of the waste product, as well as processing of the byproduct of sea snail are carried out. Equipment will be purchased to improve the quality, traceability and storage capacity of products, as well as to improve safety and working conditions. The project also envisages investments in the adjacent infrastructure. With its implementation, 11 new full-time jobs will be opened, as well as the existing 109. Sever-Export LTD declares 85 points when assessing the criteria for the selection of project proposals. The implementation of the planned activities will result in positive cash flows that define the project as extremely cost-effective and in quantitative terms the project results will be accounted for by the indicators - a change in the value of the first sales and a change in the volume of the first sales.
