Fish and Fish Products Processing Plant

The project envisages construction of an enterprise for fish(trout) processing on a plot owned by Fish farm LtD situated in “Lukovitca” near Samokov.The technological project as well as its adjoining parts are drafted according to the requirements of the applicable European and national legislation and in accordance with the indicative frames of a quality control system and HACCP system. Implementation of the project envisages stage by stage building, where the separate stages are designed in a way permitting operating and exploitation independence of the fist as well as of the following stages. The technological project includes construction of three production lines – one for processing of fish fractions from 280 to 320 grams and from 390 to 580 grams as a chilled product; one for processing of fraction of 320 to 390 grams as fillet product and another for processing of fraction from 0,9 to 2,5 kg. First stage envisages construction of industrial building and entering in operation of the first production line for production of chilled fish in the weight range of 280 to 580 grams, maintained by 12 new working places, including the following processes: raw material acceptance, processing by the means of a technology based on enclosed vacuum cycle for animal by-products collection and their automatically taking away to a storage container, packing of final production in boxes with ice and expedition. The project envisages also a management system corresponding with ISO14001:2015 for environment protection and construction of local equipment for 100% collection of production waste, excluding pollution sources at the point of their appearance, thus enhancing the environment impact of the production process as a whole. The development proposed is based on innovative technological solutions offering the possibility of expanding the range of products and ensuring investment sustainability by the means of a flexible production program.
