The project proposal aims of financing the activities of the Plan for the production and marketing of the main fishery products realized by the members of the Black Sea Sunrise Association (Plan /Plan) approved by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The plan was approved by order No. RD09-773 / 30.07.2019 of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and adopted in implementation of Regulation 1379/2013, Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture and Ordinance No. 7 / 22.11.2018 on MAFG .
