Increasing the competitiveness of Sever Export Ltd. through modernization in order to develop improved products and processes.

The current investment project is related to the preparation of a project proposal for modernization and purchase of equipment for the sub activity "fish processing" of the company "Sever Export" Ltd. "Sever - Export" Ltd. is a company founded in 1995 with main activity catching and processing of fish. During the years of its existence, the company built a highly efficient fish processing plant in Varna and acquired 4 fishing vessels, whose catch is currently landed at its own fishing port. The implementation of this project is aimed at meeting the needs of the applicant and the target groups of customers - retailers / wholesalers and HORECA sector, regarding the introduction of new and improved processes and products in the enterprise. Most of the raw materials (47.39%) subject to future processing will be obtained from own catches. The applicant will equip an existing production building in its own property, and the modernization of the existing part will be aimed at implementing technological solutions based on methods that reduce the negative impact on the environment. The company performs separate waste collection, collection and storage of 100% of the waste product, as well as licensed processing of by-products. Equipment will be purchased to improve the quality, traceability and storage capacity of products, as well as to improve safety and working conditions. The implementation of the project will lead to the improvement of the overall economic activity of the enterprise due to the expansion of the fish processing capacity, the introduction of new means for control of the production process and introduction of additional means for information processing, labeling and tracking. The implementation of the set activities will lead to positive cash flows, defining the project as extremely profitable, and in quantitative terms, the results of the project will be reported through the preset project indicators.
