ODESOS Ltd is a fish processing enterprise, which is the owner and sole producer of fish products under the ODESOS brand. It is registered under the Food Act with registration number BG 0313033 and currently carries out production activities in rented premises. It is envisaged that after the implementation of the investment under the project the number of permanently employed staff of the company will be retained and an additional six employees will be hired. The current investment project envisages construction and equipment of a “Fish and aquaculture processing facility” in the village of Strashimirovo, district Varna. The project complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. The site for fish and aquaculture processing will be a one-storey building of metal construction and enclosing, partition walls and a roof of thermal panels. Industrial wastewater will be treated through a grease trap and fish processing waste will be collected separately, thus reducing the negative impact on the environment, including waste treatment. The fish processing facility has separate rooms for rest and feeding of the staff, which improves the safety, hygiene, health and working conditions of the workers. The investments in the project are characterized by a very good configuration and parameters and impose European standards for quality of manufactured products. It is planned to produce high quality products with low production costs, due to the most modern technologies on the market intended for implementation in the production of fishery products. This will increase the competitiveness of the company and will allow to negotiate better financial conditions for the raw materials needed for the activity. In turn, the reduced costs for raw materials will allow ODESOS EOOD to permanently maintain the selling price of the finished products, but to reduce its production costs, which will increase profits and ensure sustainable development of the company.
