1. An actual assessment of the stocks, distribution and biological characteristics of white mussels and characterization of the habitats in which they are the dominant species ; upper infartier middle and small sands dominated by Donax trunculus; - Infalteric small and medium sands dominated by Chamelea gallina, Lentidium mediterraneum, Tellina tenuis, - Shallow and sheltered sublime sands with Chamelea gallina. 2. Selection of priority zones with white mussel clusters by analysis of data owned by the the IFR - Varna on the stocks of white mussels in 1995, 1999, 2003 and on collected new information; 3. Indication of some of the descriptors for the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (habitats and habitats, assessment of total and industrial stocks of white mussels and contiguous species, environmental indicators) so as to fill some deficiencies in descriptors D 1 and E 3 of the MSFD (E 1. Biodiversity is maintained. The quality and occurrence of habitats as well as the distribution and abundance of species correspond to the predominant physiographic, geographic and climatic conditions E 3. The populations of all fish and crustaceans that are subject to industrial fishing are within safe biological limits); 4. Research in the Natura 2000 Kaliakra Nature Conservation Area, where habitats are presented to clarify species dynamics and proposals for measures to a Territory Management Plan; 5. Drafting proposals for management measures and sustainable exploitation of white mussel stocks - temporary fishing bans; Prohibited zones proposals; prohibitions on fishing during the breeding season which are in line with the national plan of measures for achieving good water status in relation to the implementation of the MSFD and Council Regulation (EC) No 850/98 on the conservation of fishery resources by implementing technical measures to protect populations.
