This project proposal is for technical assistance for the preparation of investment projects for the development of railway junctions Ruse, Gorna Oryahovitsa and Varna. The project includes the following main activities: Activity 1: Implementation of Technical Design and Detailed Development Plans; Activity 2: Field research for archaeological artifacts; Activity 3: EIA; Activity 4: Compliance assessment with the essential requirements for the construction of the technical design phase; Activity 5: Assessment and verification of conformity for interoperability of the technical design phase; Activity 6: Implementation of visualization and publicity measures; Activity 7: Administrative costs for obtaining the necessary data, coordinating projects, permit documents required by the national legislation, technical plans and related fees due to the relevant competent authorities; Activity 8: Preparation of documents for expropriation and valuation of properties for railway junctions Ruse, Gorna Oryahovitsa and Varna; Activity 9: Preparation of the documents required for application in accordance with the requirements for the programming period 2021-2027. The implementation of the project starts in March 2021. The total implementation period is 30 months.
