Delivery, installation and commissioning of port reception facilities (PRF) in Bulgarian public transport ports of national importance

The project envisages delivery, installation and commissioning of facilities for receiving waste from the operation of ships and cargo residues, facilities for prevention and response to operational and emergency pollution (FPROEP), as well as development and implementation of an integrated information platform (IIP) for management and safety in order to optimize and develop information services for maritime and river transport. The quality implementation of the investment project will bring Bulgarian ports in line with the requirements of the European Union in the field of environmental protection arising from European policies and directives, as well as international conventions and standards in the field of water transport. In the programming period 2014-2020 of OP "Transport" DPPI implements project №BG16M1OP001-4.001-0005 "Technical assistance for the preparation and implementation of the project" Delivery, installation and commissioning of port reception facilities (PRF) in Bulgarian ports for public transport of national importance " in which inter-investment studies have been prepared with analysis and justification of current and future needs and capacities of PRF and FPROEP for the five public transport ports of national importance, pre-investment study and analysis of the options for implementation of the IIP, cost-benefit analysis, tender documentation for public procurement with subject “Delivery, installation and commissioning of port reception facilities (PRF) in the Bulgarian ports for public transport of national importance ”and“ Implementation and implementation of an integrated information platform in Bulgarian ports ". The prepared documents are a preparatory stage for the current investment project.
