Increasing the capacity of EAEMDR for implementation of projects under the OPTTI 2014-2020, and improvement of the material and technical base of the Agency

The technical assistance project includes the provision of financial resources for: Activity 1 - Organization and conducting of trainings for improvement of the qualifications of the Agency`s employees working on projects under OPTTI 2014 - 2020 including specialized training on Public procurement act; information and publicity / presentation and communicative skills; financial performance and completion of projects under operational programs; development, management, monitoring and reporting on the implementation of projects, programs financed by ESIF, as well as Auto CAD training. Activity 2 - Improvement of the necessary equipment including purchase of new computer configurations and peripheral equipment, server configurations, communication and other electronic equipment and consumables for the Agency's staff. Activity 3 - Optimization of the existing website/development of an online system for publishing information related to the agency`s functions/operation, improvement of the visualization of data provided on the website for the use of stakeholders (shipowners, etc.). Activity 4 - Project management, including supporting the preparation of the operational program for the period 2014 -2020 and developing the beneficiaries` Procedures Manual for implementation of projects under OPTTI 2014 -2020. The costs required for providing financial resources in order to implement the activities are eligible and comply with Decree № 119 / 20.05.2014 laying down rules for eligibility of expenditure under the operational programs financed by the ERDF, ESF, Cohesion Fund of the EU and the provisions of Regulation №1303 / 2013 Regulation № 1304/2013, the Regulation № 966/2012, and the national legislation applicable for the financial framework 2014-2020. The project will be implemented in the period 01.04.2016 - 31.03.2018, or total of 24 months.
