Providing financing for trainings and trips abroad and work meetings in the country for employees of Agency "Road Infrastructure" whose functions are directly related to the preparation, implementation and monitoring of projects under OP "Transport and Transport infrastructure "2014 - 2020

For efficient management of European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund (CF) of the European Union (EU), is needed a highly qualified administrative personnel, associated with the full implementation of projects in the field of road infrastructure. For the successful completion of OPT and implementation of OPTTI it is important to enhance and strengthen the administrative capacity of employees in RIA - Directorat "Implementation of projects under OPTTI 2014-2020" (DIPOPTTI) and Project Management Teams (PMT). The project includes activities, which will improve and increase administrative capacity of RIA employees by maintaining the best practices identified in the preceding period, by including new measures to improve the preparation, implementation and monitoring of OPTTI and by providing opportunities for development, improvement and upgrade knowledge and skills of the employees. Planned activities are the organization of trainings in EU for officials by RIA which are responsible for the management and implementation of projects financed from EU funds; organizing work meetings in the country; participation in meetings, etc., to exchange experiences and best practices. For development of professional skills and qualifications of the employees in DIPOPTTI and PMT, trainings in European training centers and organizations for management of projects financed from EU funds are provided. Organization of work meetings is provided in order to improve management activities for projects and to develope common responsibilities of the employees, to ensure better communication, leadership skills and ability to cooperate. The project provides financing for participation in meetings for exchange of experience and best practices and improvement of the implementation of projects financed by the EU. The result of all activities is raising the qualification of employees in RIA for achievement of an effective management and implementation of projects under OPTTI.
