Specialized trainings to increase the capacity of the employees of the BULGARIAN PORTS INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANY(BPIco) as Beneficiary under Operational programme on Transport and Transport Infrastructure (OPTTI) 2014-2020

This project proposal includes a set of general and specialized trainings for BPIco staff in connection with the preparation, implementation, management and monitoring of OPTTI projects, moderated workshops on specialized and general management topics, as well as study visits for exchange of experience and good practices . Following an open procedure, a contractor will be selected, to whom the following activities will be assigned: Activity 1. Conduct of general and specialized trainings, workshops and study visits for the BPIco staff with the following sub-activities: Activity 1.1. Conducting trainings on general themes related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of OPTTI projects; Sub-activity 1.2. Conducting training on specialized topics related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of OPTTI projects; Sub-Activity 1.3. Conducting workshops on topics related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of projects under OPTTI and Sub-Activity 1.4. Study visits for exchange of experience and good practices. The Contractor will also be responsible for implementing Action 3. Information and Communication as it is directly related to the training. It is supposed to be designed in 29 months, which is prepared for tender documentation, choice selection and shoe inspection.
