In compliance with the requirements of the draft Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down general provisions for the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund, as well as the financial rules for them and for Asylum and Migration Fund, Internal Security Fund and the Border and Visa Management Instrument № COM (2018) 375 of 29.5.2018, it is necessary to prepare a preliminary environmental impact assessment of the project of the Operational Program "Transport Connectivity" 2021 -2027 Preparation of strategic environmental assessment (SEA) of the project for Operational Program "Transport Connectivity" 2021-2027. SEA covers an assessment of the expected impacts of the program on the environment and human health, in accordance with its objectives, priorities and activities. The scope of the project includes the preparation of the necessary documentation on the SEA procedure for the program, including the preparation of a report on the appropriate assessment with the subject and the objectives of protection of protected areas, given that the appropriate assessment procedure is conducted through the procedure, of the SEA.
