Popularization of OPTTI by organizing public events , production of advertising and printed materials

Regarding the implementation of the National Communication Strategy (NA), which was developed in accordance with Art. 116 of Regulation 1303 of the European Parliament and the Council from 17/12/2013 and it has the purpose to increase the priority of the Partnership Agreement, to the beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries for the opportunities offered by the Community and public recognition of the role of the EU for regional development. These can be achieved by reaching different audiences with a wide range of active measures. Their implementation is intended to lead to increased transparency and openness in the management of the programs and the Partnership Agreement, which reflects on the increasing public confidence. Preserving the good best practices in the field of public relations, carrying out the planned communication activities performed by AAP (Annual Action Plan) of OPTTI will enable the Managing Authority (MA) of OPTTI to meet the requirements of the European Commission regarding the information and publicity of the EU Structural Instruments and will lead to achieving the goals set in the AAPs. The Annual Action Plan represents an operational document, which specifies the OPTTI information and communication measures. Before the start of each calendar year the MA prepares an Annual Action Plan (AAP) on a model developed by the Central Coordination Unit (Directorate "Programming of EU Funds"). Promotion of OPTTI by organizing and conducting public events. Increasing the degree of awareness of OPTTI through the production and dissemination of information and promotional materials.
