Environmental assessment and appropriate assessment of the draft River Basin Management Plans for the Danube, Black Sea, East Aegean and West Aegean River Basin districts and the draft Marine Strategy, including: - Preparation of Terms of reference for the Scope of EA; - Preparation of draft Appropriate Assessment (AA) report; - Preparation of draft Environmental Assessment (EA) report; - Carrying out public consultations on the EA and AA reports; - Accommodation of comments received during the process of consultations, including public consultations on the EA and AA and from the Supreme Environmental Expert Council; - Preparation of documents for submission to the Supreme Environmental Expert Council.
