The project proposal provide the implementation of a set of activities for reconstruction and the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Tervel.Treatment facility will increase its capacity and will be able to purify wastewater from fully established by implementation of the first phase of the sewerage network of Tervel.There will be carried out works on construction of buildings and equipment , there will be delivered and installed new technological equipment. For insurance of a reliable process the training of staff of the plant will be provided.Strict adherence to the conditions under which an authorization for construction of the treatment plant will be controlled by a consultant performing construction supervision.The designers in different parts of the detailed design will perform supervision during the construction and equipment.All investment works will be carried out in accordance with the technical project, which is coordinated with the control authorities, it has prepared an report of its compliance with the essential requirements for construction and building .For Project management will be engaged a team of three employees of the Municipality Tervel.The expenses under project will be verified by a registered auditor and the implementation of all activities will be promoted in the implementation of the approved 2014-2020 OPE measures for information and publicity.
