Design and construction of the composting plant and a plant for pre-treatment of waste for the needs of the municipalities of the RAWM Dospat

The project proposal envisages the construction of two types of installations - a composting plant and a pre-treatment plant. Both installations will serve the population of all five municipalities in the RAWM - Dospat. The installations are planned to be built in property №016209, Gaitanina, village of Barutin, Dospat with an area of 13.748 decares, the incoming infrastructure (road 650 m. Water supply 30 m, electro 100 m.) Will be realized on properties №016205 and 016204. The capacity of the composting plant is 2150 t / y, and the pre-treatment plant - 6400 t / y mixed municipal waste. The system for separate collection of green waste in the municipalities of RAWM -Dospat is door-to-door. The local population will leave the green waste generated on the grain bag in a sack. There is no provision for the purchase of specialized equipment for the disposal of green waste. After the implementation of the project will be reduced the amount of municipal waste landfilled at the Regional Depot for non-hazardous waste in the village of Barutin.
