Combined procedure for the design and construction of composting installations and waste pretreatment installations for the municipalities of Batak, Belovo, Bratsigovo Lesichovo, Peshtera, Pazardzhik and Septemvri

The project proposal includes the design and construction of a pre-treatment plant for mixed collected municipal waste, a system for separate collection and recovery of green and biodegradable waste and its recycling in composting plants. Pre-treatment facility for mixed municipal waste It builds within the boundaries of PI 000723, Aleko Konstantinovo village, Pazardjik municipality, with manual sorting and aerobic stabilization technology of the organic fraction, with a capacity of 43 000 t / yr. Separation module: Capacity 43 000 t / y - a technological equipment hall is foreseen: charging area, screening, manual sorting of recyclable materials and energy recovery materials. Compacting of the separated light fractions is envisaged. Stabilization module: Capacity 14 000 t / g Stabilization of the organic fraction is carried out in polyethylene reactors, the process management being entirely automatic. There are 9 starter stations for composting. Composting plant - "Al. Konstantinovo " The installation is built within the limits of the property 000723 - village of Aleko Konstantinovo. The capacity of the composting plant of the municipalities Pazardjik, Peshtera, Lesichovo, Batak and Bratsigovo is 8 000 t / y. Windrow composting covered with semi-permeable membrane has been selected. Composting plant of Septemvri Municipality The site for construction of the composting installation is in property 387010, the village of Varvara. Selected technology - composting outdoor rows. Capacity of the plant - 2598 t / year. Installation for composting the municipality of Belovo The composting installation is envisaged in Regulated Land II II 86, Vuchata Mogila, Dabravite, and has a capacity of 2000 t / year. The chosen technology is outdoor composting in rows with forced aeration and a semipermeable membrane coating.
