Design and construction of anaerobic installation for separately collected biodegradable waste for a regional waste management system of Blagoevgrad Region

The present proj. envisages the design and constr. of an anaerobic instal. for separately collec. biodeg. waste, which will serve the municip.Bl-grad, Simitli, Rila, Kocherinovo and Boboshevo.The Anaerobic instal. will be 70% of the total amount of generated food waste,35% of the total green waste gener.,30% of the total waste gener. and 10% of the total amount of paper with a capac. of 15819 t/y to 2021.Addit. facilities will be const.a compos. plant for the ferment. material and a cogener. sys. for the produc. of el. and thermal energy from biogas.The instal. consists of bioreactor,modular rear walls,bioreactor doors,biogas sys.,percolator sys., gas repository,bioreactor ventil. sys.,building ventil. sys.,compr. air sys.,heating sys. and el. control sys., compost. tunnels of the fermen. product-compost.tunnel,tunnel doors,trommel screen,ventil. sys.,air sys. and el. control sys. as well as cogener. module.For loading/unloading of the bioreactor and compost tunnels-bag opening machine, as well as a wheel loader-2 pcs.The instal. will be on property №053032, Bulgarchevo,Bl-grad, with an area of 59.69 dcr. and situated in the western part of the property.On the site is planned to build an inter. roadway with a length of about 930m and the incoming infrastr. to the site-water supply and el. supply from the landfill site(neighb. property).According to the proj. of the landfill, near the site of the instal. will be conducted a water supply f32.The deviation from the water mains to the instal. is about 100m.The route for the el. supply to the instal. is about 300m.It is planned to purchase 8 pcs. el. vehicles-waste collec. and waste containers (2268pcs-240 l) green waste cont. and 3312-120 l) food waste cont.).In order to ensure the operat. and adminis. servicing it is envisaged the construc. of a resid. and adminis. building with workshop, laboratory and garage for waste collec. equipment.At the entrance to the site there will be a checkpoint with a scale and a barrier.
