In connection with the implementation of the objectives set forth in Art. 31 of the Waste Management Act, the Municipality of Maritsa envisages the construction of a composting plant for separately collected wood and green waste with a capacity of 6 200 t. the process of controlled aerobic, exothermic, biological degradation of separately collected bio-waste will use garden waste from households and green and wood waste from the maintenance of municipal areas. The proposed project proposal provides for technology, the application of which will produce a quality finished product "compost".Separate zones: Reception area, storage area at entrance material for crushing and homogenization, for composting, for prospecting, for storing the finished product, for storage of mechanization, for administrative building. Equipment and mechanization for 3 pcs. prisms - canvases, roller rails, fans, probes with oxygen and temperature sensors, aerating tubes, control panel, computer, portable laboratory, barrier, steam cleaner, portal weighing machine, wood waste shredder and homogenisation, front loader. A binary system with land-based and scheduled collection from certain points of the population is envisaged to ensure a higher collection rate at the green waste sources. The operation will include: 3 pcs green waste collection vehicles (1 pcs of 24 m3 and 2 pcs of 12 m3), 2 pcs. tractors with trailer, 2 pcs. mobile shredder for wood waste and combined loader. The investment intention covers an area of ​​14 000 sq.m., "Charlushki Livadi", the village of Jasno pole, Maritsa Municipality, for non-agricultural purposes for construction of a "Composting installation". way of permanent use "Local Road" (IB 87669.16.36, 87669.23.9 and 87669.22.42). A 20 kV cable route with a total length of 975 m and a 860 m street water pipeline will be constructed. Water supply from the Ø100 water main. A water drainage reservoir (no existing sewerage) will be used.
