Design and construction of composting instalations for separately collecting green and/or biodegradable waste, prodiced by municipality ot Saedinenie and municipality of Stambolyski on the territory of Saedinenie Municipality

To fulfill the objectives under Art. 31, par 1, p 2 of the WMA, the Municipalities of Saedinenie and Stamboliyski envisage in partnership the construction of a composting plant for green/garden and wood waste, located in the Shoykova Mogila area, Nedelevo, Saedinenie municipality, in which process the green waste generated by the population and public parks on the territory of the two municipalities in order to produce a high-quality "compost" product. The installation is designed with a capacity of 6170 tons per year. For the operation of the installation is envisaged the construction of an accompanying infrastructure: an external water supply connection with a length of 815 m and an external electricity connection with a length of 800 m, a three-slope junction with a delay gate, with a width of 3 m, 55m. and a transition of 30 meters, after which an inlet / outlet with 12 m turning radii is formed. It is envisaged the construction of an open composting installation in covered lines with chutes and forced aeration. Within the project proposal, mobile equipment will be purchased according to the attached list (described by type and number), including 2 items. specialized truck for the separate collection of green waste - 8 cubic meters. Green waste will be collected separately at the source of its formation. The collection of green waste from households will be done separately, on schedule, with containers for separate collection of green / garden and wood waste, and green waste from public areas will be accumulated at one end of the treated area from where is collected and transported. The project proposal envisages the purchase of 292 items. separate household waste collection container with a volume of 1.1 cubic meters, mobile machine for shredding wood waste and homogenization 1, wheel loader 1 and a composting machine for composting 1.
