In connection with the implementation of the objectives set forth in Article 31, paragraph 1 of the Waste Management Act, the Municipality of Hissarya envisages the construction of a composting plant with a capacity of 2900 t / a in PI №000274 and part of PI 158023, with an area of 10 000 m2, the land of the village of Mihiltsi, the village of Divovets, the municipality of Hissarya, serving the population of the municipality. With the construction of this installation and the purchase of the project facilities, green waste from households, gardens and public parks will be collected and treated. The goal is to recycle this waste to obtain a quality finished product "compost" - a good humus product that can be marketed. A pre-investment study with the leading part of the selected technology was prepared, through the application of which will be produced a quality compost. The municipality has chosen to apply for an open composting installation - composting systems in rusted-coated rows with chutes and forced aeration. In pursuance of the separate collection targets, the purchase of 2 green mass collection vehicles from parks, gardens and households, as well as 1 mobile shredder for homogenization and shredding, 1 wheel loader and 1 screening machine are planned. It is envisaged the construction of concomitant infrastructure as follows lead pipe F300 - 652,50 m and power supply with a track length of 395 m. Access to the site will take place on the third-class road 642, then departs along the old road to Karlovo. The implementation of the project will reduce the amount of input material of the separated sewerage installation and hence reduce the amount of landfilled landfill, which will lead to an extension of its service life. The project proposal is in line with current national legislation.
